  • We only allow cancelations that notified us 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour and it is still subject to manager’s approval depending on the reason why they need to cancel.

  • Hawaii is a tropical paradise and if it does rain depending on how bad it gets, we will 1. Try to reschedule you 2. reimburse you the full amount you paid.

  • Its ok! on our hidden gems tour you will have the option of getting into the water and snorkel, however, alot of people opt out and hang out on the beach!

  • Of course! You can call our reservation line at 808-926-3090 anytime. Our reservations specialist will answer any questions you may have as well.

  • Yes! We use the stripe for all online reservations and credit card transactions.

  • Chevron down Do you have all the correct certifications?
  • We are registered with the state of Hawaii as an authorized tour desk and P.U.C license which is required to transport passengers.

  • Chevron down Where is my pickup location?
  • It depends on what place you are staying at. We have 7 different pickup locations and we will choose the one which is the nearest to the place you are staying at. You can see the exact details in the email confirmation we sent to you.

  • Chevron down Is lunch included in the Hidden Gems Tour?
  • No, we will stop by at the North Shore Shrimp trucks and you can buy lunch meals. They also serve other types of food aside from the shrimps.

  • Yes, most of the stores we will visit don’t have credit or debit card machines.
